The vision is to be a pioneer in the industry that engages with people, brings love and care to daily business actions, and is a prosperous community builder by assisting homebuyers and younger generations in acquiring property, as it is the safest and always the best additional wealth for future value, and by providing families with lives worth living together.

Lycasia Group is an Australian investment management company with multiple businesses in capital funding, real estate development, and retail. Locally and internationally, the group has more than 30 years of combined experience in the industry.
OUR STORY
The Partnership
Lycasia was born out of a volunteer organization's passion. That was the first time Vincent Lo, Executive Director, and Michael Chan, Group CEO, met. As co-volunteers of a charitable organization, they have discovered and cultivated the same heart and calling to fulfill a common mission and vision to transform and revolutionise the property development industry. This partnership contributed significantly to our success, as we recognize that the future can be possible with grace, unity and integrity.
The Location
The founders of Lycasia were all headquartered in Melbourne; they opted to reside and work in one of the world's finest cities,. Seven years in a row, the Global Liveability Index has ranked Melbourne as one of the world's best cities. Victoria has been consistently ranked among the top three most liveable cities in the world since 2002 (Global Victoria, One of the World's Most Liveable Cities, 2022), making it a wonderful place to live with a high quality of life.
